The VIVO system is designed for simplicity, every step can be handled by a single operator, from setup and tubing connections to perfusion and cleanup. Its guided workflow requires only minimal training, allowing any teams to run high-fidelity sessions efficiently.

With the endoflo™ perfusion solution and the inVISIO™ table, the VIVO™ system can sustain perfusions for an entire day or even several days, depending on the procedure. endoflo™ maintains stable circulation without swelling the tissues, while inVISIO™ keeps the workspace clean and organized throughout.

Preparation starts with defining the workshop objectives and selecting the specimen preservation method. Entry points are then identified, cannulas installed, and perfusion tested to confirm vessel quality before the session. lifeengine provides detailed protocols and step-by-step guidelines, and our team is always available to support you by phone or email to ensure a smooth setup and successful workshop.

When used with the endoflo™ perfusion solution, the VIVO™ system can perfuse even the smallest vessels without swelling the capillary bed. This prolongs the session and ensures the workshop runs smoothly from start to finish.

Any procedure that relies on realistic blood flow and anatomically accurate vasculature can be performed, from minimally invasive interventions under angiography, echography, or laparo/endoscopy, to complex open surgeries and full trauma scenarios.

Depending on the procedures performed, a single cadaveric model can support training for dozen of specialists, particularly in minimally invasive approaches. However, reusability decreases as the complexity and invasiveness of previous interventions increase.

The VIVO™ system can operate in arterial-arterial, venous-venous, or arterial-venous configurations.
